When you upgrade to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately, giving you instant access to the new plan's enhanced features and allowances. In addition, the date of this upgrade becomes your new billing renewal date. This means that all future billing will be based on this updated date. Any additional agents or phone numbers you have purchased will also be recalculated on a prorated basis to align with the new billing cycle. This ensures that you are billed fairly for the time spent on each plan and that your subscription accurately reflects your current needs.
If you choose to downgrade your plan, the new lower level plan will begin on your next billing cycle. After that date, service features and costs will be adjusted to the new plan.
Additional agents or phone numbers are billed proportionally from the time of purchase until the next plan renewal date, with the initial charges deducted from your credits. Thereafter, the monthly price of these additions is included in your monthly plan payment. If you cancel an additional service, it remains active until the anniversary of your purchase in the following month, with cancellations being irreversible after the subscription renewal date.
If you exceed your allotted free minutes, the additional usage is charged to your credits. Your service will continue until your credit debt reaches 10% of your monthly plan fee. If this limit is reached, your campaigns will be blocked. To avoid service interruption, you can activate automatic credit recharge or add credits manually as needed.
When you initiate a cancellation, your subscription normally continues until the next renewal date of your plan. There are no immediate changes to your service when you request cancellation. However, on the renewal date, your subscription will officially end, all active additional agents will be removed, and any remaining payments for additional agents or phone numbers will be charged.
