Who we are

Viernes AI (viernes.ai) provides voice and chat AI agents for sales and customer service. This policy describes how we collect, use, share and protect the personal data of visitors, prospects, customers and users who connect their third-party accounts to our platform.

Data we collect

We collect personal data when you contact us (for example, requesting support or submitting a request), when you request a product demo (name, email, phone, company) and when our customers use the platform (contact data needed to operate their agents).

We also collect technical site-usage data (pages visited, device, visit source) through analytics tools and advertising pixels such as Meta Pixel.

When you connect a third-party account (such as Google) to Viernes AI, we also access certain data from that account, as described in the “Google user data” section.

How we use your data

We use data to answer your requests, schedule and run demos, provide and improve the service, send product-related communications and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

Google user data (Google APIs)

When you connect your Google account to Viernes AI, our application accesses certain data from your account (“Google user data”) through Google APIs. This section describes what data we request, how we use it, who we share it with, how we protect it and how long we keep it.

What data we access and under which scopes

We request only the permissions needed for the features you enable inside Viernes AI:

  • Google Calendar: to read, create and modify events, so we can schedule and manage appointments or meetings on your behalf.

How we use this data

We use Google user data solely to provide the features you requested inside Viernes AI — for example, scheduling and managing appointments on your calendar. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

Viernes AI's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We limit the use of this data to providing and improving user-facing features inside Viernes AI.
  • We do not sell Google user data, nor do we use it for advertising purposes.
  • We do not use or transfer this data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
  • We do not allow humans to read this data, unless: you have given us explicit consent to view specific messages or records; it is necessary for security purposes (for example, investigating abuse); it is required by law; or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

Who we share this data with

We do not sell or trade Google user data. We share it only in the following cases:

  • With cloud infrastructure providers that allow us to operate the service, under confidentiality and data processing agreements, and only to the extent necessary to provide the features you requested.
  • When required by a competent authority or by legal obligation.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition or asset sale, only after obtaining your explicit prior consent. Without that consent we do not transfer your Google user data.

Any transfer is limited to what is necessary to provide or improve user-facing features inside Viernes AI.

How we protect this data

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect Google user data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
  • Role-based access controls, so only authorized personnel can access it when strictly necessary.
  • Secure management of credentials and access tokens.
  • Monitoring and logging of access to the systems that process this data.

Retention and deletion

We retain Google user data only while your account is connected to Viernes AI and it is necessary to provide the service.

You can revoke access at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions or by messaging us on WhatsApp. When you disconnect your account or request deletion, we delete Google user data from our systems within a maximum of 30 days, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.

Retention & security (general)

We keep all other personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or while an active business relationship exists. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. Data received from Google APIs is additionally governed by the “Google user data” section.

Who we share your data with

We share data only with providers that help us operate (infrastructure, analytics, communication) under confidentiality agreements, or when required by law. Google user data is governed by the specific terms in that section.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, update or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise your rights, message us on WhatsApp at +57 321 3485984 and we'll handle your request.

Cookies & pixels

This site uses cookies and pixels (such as Meta Pixel) to measure campaign performance and improve your experience. You can limit their use in your browser settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. If we change the way we use Google user data, we will notify you and request your consent before using that data in a new way or for a purpose different from the one originally disclosed. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
